Settle in for great food, handcrafted cocktails, and live music every weekend at SALT. Every Friday is Jazz Friday in the bar (or patio when we can), and Saturdays keep it fresh with a rotating mix of local artists and genres.

Join us for Spoken Night at SALT, a recurring monthly event held on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Each evening features a thoughtfully curated mix of poetry, literature, monologues, and short theatrical works, with rotating hosts and themes that make every gathering feel fresh and unique.
Whether you come to listen, reflect, or simply enjoy an evening of live creative expression, Spoken Night is designed to be a welcoming space for words, stories, and performance to take center stage.
Admission is free, but reserved seating is required.

On Thursday, May 21st at 6:30 PM, we’ll be diving deep into the world of jazz, led by Evon J. Sams—a multi-instrumentalist, educator, and artist from Rockford, IL — with Prohibition-era-style gin cocktails to match.
There is no fee to attend, but reservations are required, and seating is limited. Wine features and flights will be available for the evening.
